VOIP (Voice over IP that allows phone to work over internet networks to allow
employees to travel with their phones) solutions.

Main Activities
Research coordinator; publications coordinator; in
charge of the Latin American Public Policy Experts Guide program to establish
links between experts; coordinate grants and the publication of reports in institutes
in the region; prepare the Annual Report on Latin American; prepare proposal
for donors; discover and prepare potential intellectual entrepreneurs and think
tanks in the region.
